AJHS Enrollment Details for SY 2015-2016

To: Parents of incoming Grade 7 and 8 Students 
Subject: Enrollment Details for SY 2015-2016

I would like to inform you of the following important details related to enrollment for SY 2015-2016:

A. PREREQUISITES FOR ENROLLMENT

1. Only students who have paid all their financial obligations will be permitted to enroll. All accounts must be settled on or before March 21, 2015.

2. On the scheduled date of enrollment, please bring your son’s latest report card. No student will be allowed to enroll without this requirement.

B. ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE

1. To determine the number of students for each grade level and to minimize long lines, we are implementing the following schedule:

For incoming Grade 7

April 27, 2015 Surnames A to L
April 28, 2015 Surnames M to Z

For incoming Grade 8

April 29, 2015 Surnames A to L
April 30, 2015 Surnames M to Z

Enrollment will be at Singson Hall, Ateneo Grade School from 7:30am to 3:00pm.

Note: If you wish to enroll your son together with a younger son, you may do so on the scheduled dates for your younger son.

2. The early enrollment schedule for all levels is April 7, 2015.

All those who would like to avail of this early enrolment schedule must make a request in writing addressed to the JHS Officer-in-Charge on or before 31 March 2015. The letter must include the justification for the request and is subject to the approval of the OIC.

3. The late enrollment schedule for all levels is May 4, 2015 .

All those who would like to avail of this late enrollment schedule must make a request in writing addressed to the JHS Officer-in-Charge on or before 15 April 2015. The letter must include the justification for the request and is subject to the approval of the OIC. A fee of P250.00 will be charged for late enrollment.

Your failure to submit a letter indicating that you are making a request for late enrollment will mean the voluntary withdrawal of your son from the Ateneo de Manila University for school year 2015-2016.

MANNER OF PAYMENT

Payments may be made through any of the following modes:
1. Cash
2. Check

a. Please prepare your check payment in favor of Ateneo de Manila University.

b. Write the following information at the back of the check: name of student, grade level, residence telephone number or mobile number

Note :

Checks returned by the bank must be settled on or before May 4, 2015. Your son will be considered officially enrolled only when the check payment has been cleared by the bank.

3. Credit Card

Any of the following credit cards are acceptable:

a. BPI Classic (Burgundy)
b. Union Bank Ateneo Alumni Credit Card (AAA) 
c. Visa or MasterCard (issued by any bank)

4. BPI Express Payment System or EPS (maximum of Php 50,000 only per transaction)

Note: 

Enrollment beyond May 4, 2015 will require payment in cash, manager’s check or credit cards only.

C. INFORMATION ON THE APPROVED TUITION AND FEES FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2015-2016 MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE AGS REGISTRAR’S OFFICE OR AJHS ADMISTRATION OFFICE.

D. PLEASE FIND BELOW  INFORMATION ON THE SCHOOL UNIFORM:

E. INFORMATION ON TEXTBOOKS, SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND OPTIONAL FEES WILL FOLLOW.
