Late Enrollment Procedure
(Late enrollment is defined as starting the registration process (step 1) AFTER the last day indicated in the ONLINE REGISTRATION SCHEDULE for your Year Level)
1. Student writes a letter of appeal for Late Enrollment addressed to:
- the complete Name and Year Level of the enrollee
- the reason for Late Enrollment
- the contact number and email address of the enrollee
- the signature of the enrollee.
2. Scan the letter and email it to the Registrar’s Office at registrar.asmph@ateneo.edu
3. The Registrar’s staff shall summarize the student's status and endorse the appeal to the Dean's Office.
4. The Registrar's staff will communicate the decision on the appeal thru email.
5. If allowed, late enrollees will follow the same ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES. A P250.00 late enrollment fee will be charged.
