OBJECTIVES OF THE LL.M. PROGRAM

The objectives of the International Master of Laws (LL.M.) Program are based on the University’s Mission and Vision, and recognition that the Rule of Law is now a universal ideal:

Academic: To pursue a continuing education in the field of law through ALS’s “intellectual rigor in the tradition of Jesuit education,”and imbued with a deep sense of Ignatian Spirituality that considersand embraces the world as the field of service.

Research: Enriching existing academic programs and thebroadening of knowledge through functional, ethical researchers thatwill contribute to national and international legal development.

International: Enhancing skills and capacities of lawyers inareas of international law and development in general, and in the fieldof ASEAN legal practice and scholarship, in particular.
