Bernas Institute offers Election Law for the 2022 Elections Series

Considering the import and consequence of next year’s elections, the Ateneo Law School’s Fr. Joaquin G. Bernas SJ Institute for Continuing Legal Education is pleased to offer a series of online lectures by Atty. Alberto C. Agra, Ateneo Election Law Professor and Political Law Bar Reviewer, which will focus on all things election-related.

 
 

Available to all, from lawyers, to watch groups, to the general public, “Election Law for the 2022 Elections” will comprise of six (6) modules with each one running for two (2) hours, and will use Zoom as the virtual platform. These modules and their scheduled dates are as follows:

How to register?
 
Participants can pick and choose which modules to purchase and attend when they register at  https://go.ateneo.edu/ElectionLawSeries or they can choose to attend all. Each module will cost P600.00 but registering by September 27 for the entire series will mean a discounted rate of P3,000. A Certificate of Attendance will be issued for every module attended, and a Certificate of Completion will be provided for those who attend all six.
 
Steps for registration and participation:
1.        (1st registration) Register at this link https://go.ateneo.edu/ElectionLawSeries
·         Indicate which module(s) you wish to purchase or if you’d like to purchase all modules at a discounted rate
2.       Pay the amount needed based on your choices (see payment options at http://go.ateneo.edu/2021ElectionLawSeriesPayment )
3.       Send proof of payment to bernas.institute.law@ateneo.edu
4.       (2nd registration) Wait for email confirming payment and asking you to register for specific modules so you can be sent special/distinct zoom room link (note: only those who have paid will be able to access the room)
 
While registration (and payment period) for later modules will be continuing until February of 2022, please take note that registration and payment period for the discounted package and for the first module will close on September 27, 2021.
