Tuition and Basic Fees. Tuition and basic fees and approved by the Department of Education are payable upon registration. Enrollment is for one year.
Installment Payment. For convenience, semestral, quarterly, and eight installment plans are available. A detailed schedule of payment fopr these installment plans are available at the Cashier’s Office. Installment payments must be settled on or beofre the specified dates. Fines are imposed for late payments.
Payments by check are accepted. A service fee is charged for checks returned by the bank due to insufficient funds. The usual fines are also charged by the school accordingly.
Checks should be made out to the ATENEO DE MANILA.
Withdrawal and Refund. Enrollment is for the whole school year. A student who transfers or otherwise withdraws after the start of classes will be charged ten percent of total amount due within the first 2 weeks of classes, twenty percent if within the third and seventh week of classes, or forty percent if within seventh and eighteenth week of classes, regardless of whether or not he has actually attended classes. Where the total tuition fee has been paid, a proportionate amount of the total tuition and pertinent fees will be refunded as follows:

The student will be charged all school fees in full if he withdraws any time after the eighteenth week of classes. However, if the transfer or withdrawal is due to justifiable reason; the student maybe charged the tuition and pertinent fees only up to and including the last month of attendance.
For such withdrawal, an official clearance is necessary without which the student is liable for payment of tuition until the date the official withdrawal is filed.
