Last June 14 and June 16, the Singson Hall was abuzz with excited whispers and cheers as the Grade 4 students had their orientation for the school year.

The first part of the program gave the pupils an opportunity to get to know the school administrators and their teachers. The headmaster, Mr. Jonny Salvador inspired everyone with his funny but relevant anecdotes about perseverance as a tool for success. Dr. Gina Serquiña, Assistant Headmaster for Academic Affairs for the Middle School, presented the things the pupils can look forward to this school year, such as more P.E. periods, English integration and AP- Filipino separation. She also introduced the Subject Area Coordinators. After this, Mr. Jervy Robles, Assistant Headmaster for Student Affairs, explained the importance of a healthy diet for a happy life. Finally, the Grade Level Coordinator, Mrs. Barbara Francis B. Torres introduced the hardworking and loving teachers based in the grade level.

During the second part of the orientation held on June 16, the students were given a glimpse of the various formation and social involvement programs of the school. Ms. Remedios Rivera, Assistant Headmaster for Formation explained why the playing is an important part of school life. She also reminded everyone about Jesus’ love. Mrs. Veronica Gargaritano introduced the Bigay Puso program for Grade 4. The day culminated with the Bigay Puso Launch, which Fr. Gilbert Levosada, S.J presided.

Indeed, there are a lot of great and promising things to look forward to in Grade 4 this school year!
