VALIDATION OF COURSES/SUBJECTS (TAKEN IN ADMU) Deadline: 08 May 2020 |

CURRENT PROCESS (PAPER FORM) | REVISED PROCESS (USING EMAIL) |
A Student obtains the validation form from the ADAA Office. The Student accomplishes 2 copies of the form (one copy for the ADAA Office and one copy for the Registrar’s Office). The Student may be required by the validating department to submit a copy of his or her grades. |
A Student submits his or her request to the validating department/s of the subject/s that he/she wishes to validate. He/she furnishes the following with a copy (cc:) of his/her email:

The Student secures the approval and signature of the department chair/program director of the validating department(s). |
The chair/director of the validating department replies to all with the following:
