The project investigates the food consumption behavior, patterns, and policies of the middle class sector in Bangalore, India and Metro Manila Philippines.
The approached of Industrial Ecology, Social Practice Theory, and Anthropology of Policy are then used to assess these behaviors in the context of sustainability.
