May 23 Orientation for Parents of Grade 7 & 8 boys and other Important Dates

Re : Orientation Session 
 
 
I would like to welcome all students who made it to Grades 7 and 8 for school year 2015-2016! A special welcome to all our new students! I look forward to working with you, their parents, towards the formation of these young men.
 
I would like to inform you about the following:
 
1. There will be an Orientation Session for parents of all Grades 7 and 8 students on Saturday, 23 May 2015, 8:00 am – 10:30 am, at the Henry Lee Irwin Theater. Registration will begin at 7:30 am.
 
2. For Grade 7 at the Junior HS, classes begin on 8 June 2015 (Monday). Students are expected to be in their respective classrooms at 7:15 am; they will be dismissed at 11:00AM. They need to bring only their small bags (notebook, pen, food and other necessities).
 
The dismissal schedule for the rest of the week will be given to the Grade 7 students on June 8.
 
3. For Grade 8 at the Junior HS, classes begin on 9 June 2015 (Tuesday) Students are expected to be in their respective classrooms at 7:15 am; they will be dismissed at 11:00AM. They need to bring only their small bags (notebook, pen, food and other necessities).
 
The dismissal schedule for the rest of the week will be given to the Grade 8 students on June 9.
 
4. The sections of Grades 7 and 8 students will be posted by June 1, 2015 (Monday).
 
Please note that Katipunan traffic may be exceptionally heavy on the first weeks of school. Kindly make the necessary adjustments so that your son will arrive in school on time.
