International arbitrator talks about effective mediation techniques

On May 5, 2016, the Ateneo Center for Continuing Legal Education and Research (ACCLE) invited international arbitrator Michael Lee to share best practices in commercial arbitration.

Lee of 20 Essex Street, an international commercial barrister chambers based in the United Kingdom, talked about various methods in rendering efficient arbitration.

The symposium “International Commercial Arbitration: Best Practices to Address Traps, Tricks, and Terrible Predicaments” was organized by ACCLLE in partnership with the Asia- Pacific Forum for international Arbitration, the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators, WongPartnership LLP. 20 Essex Street, King & Spalding, and Zambrano & Gruba Law Offices.
