Admission Requirements

Terms of Participation
1.     Your reservations will be confirmed by CORD via e-mail
2.     Only registered participants will be admitted to the program. 
3.     Registration entails sign-ing up and payment of registration fee. 
4.     Walk-in participants will be declined.
5.     Cancellations made less than three working days prior to the program’s start date or failure to appear on the seminar date are both subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total program fees.
6.     Ateneo CORD reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any certificate course if the minimum number of participants is not met.
7.     Substitutions are allowed and may be made prior to the start of the workshop date.
8.     Fees are inclusive of participant materials, lunch and snacks (morning and afternoon).
9.     Payment should be made on specified deadline in the Statement of Account (SOA).
a.     Checks must be made payable to Ateneo de Manila University (CORD).
b.     Please deliver checks directly to Ateneo CORD, G/F Frank Lynch Hall, IPC Building, Social Development Complex, Ateneo de Manila University, Katipunan Road, QC.
c.     Bank deposits must be addressed to the Account Name: Ateneo de Manila University (CORD).  Please call Ateneo CORD at  426-6001 local 5263 or 5264, 426-6065, 426-6282 for the Ateneo Bank Account Number. Please email/fax us a copy of the deposit slip with the company contact details indicated.
d.     Failure to pay 30 days after the specified date will render the account as past due. Penalty charge of two (2%) of the total program fee for every month of delay.
Example: Program Cost: Php 21,000
1st month Delay = 2% of Php 21,000 = Php  420
2nd month Delay= 2% of (Php 21,000 + Php 240)= Php428.40
Total Penalty at 2 months (1st month and 2nd month) = Php 848.40
Total Payment Due: Php 21,000. + Php 848.40 =P21,844.40
10.   A reservation deposit of at least 20% of the total cost must be made (total program fee), 30 days prior to the workshop date. This does not apply to Early Eagle  which has to be paid in full.
11.   Certificates will not be released if unpaid.
12.   Participants permit Ateneo CORD to use any data and pictures gathered during the programs for the purposes of academic research, knowledge generation, and marketing.
Admission Requirements 
1.     All college graduates are eligible to attend the programs.
2.     For individuals completing the diploma programs, any of following documents must be submitted:
a.     College Transcript of Records
b.     College Diploma
c.     Certification that participant is a graduate of the college or university
3.     The documents must be submitted together with the registration form before the start of the workshop date.
4.     For individuals entering the Diploma in Organization Development, the following documents must be submitted:
a.     Current curriculum vitae
b.     Career summary (see attached template)
c.     Pre-Course Questionnaire (see attached form)
